Juice Fast

Improved energy, digestion, mental clarity, yes, yes, and YES! Not to mention more benefits! I'm looking forward to starting my juice fast tomorrow. I'm currently sitting with a spoon and some bee's knees peanut butter as I won't be having this tasty stuff for a while! I'm not sure how long I'll do this fast or how many times a day I'll juice. I plan on breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I need to make sure I'm getting enough calories and water to stay hydrated and nourished. The last thing I want to do is damage my body, but the bloating and weight gain have got to stop! I'm trying to reverse bad things, not create new problems! :) I'll post soon with updates and let you know what I'm learning :)
