1 bunch kale
Lunch: 1 scoop tropical strawberry Shakeology
1 scoop ON's Gold Standard protein
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
5 strawberries
Dinner:
1/2 pineapple
2 green apples
5 carrots
Late night snack pb2:)
