Clean Eating, what is it?
Convenient, healthy optioned listby food group when shopping at the grocery store
Clean Eating
Food has been an interesting journey of mine for quite some time. Between my own health and then seeing the health of others I am passionate to learn all that I can to help educate myself and others around me, so that we can all live up to the best possible potential while we are here on earth! In 2012 I learned of the concept of clean eating. If you aren't fammiliar with the term, don't be discouraged. I've heard many definitions and there are a few different ways for going about it, but the most basic is to rid your diet of all (or as much as possible) things processed. Try to have your foods be between 3-5 ingredients and make sure that you recognize the ingredient, if not, look it up, give the company a call, or you can feel free to ask me and I'll research with you!Shopping List
