There are SO many bad additives and preservatives and such in food these days, I can't keep them all straight. So I thought for my own benefit I'm going to start a list!!! Then I thought...Oh!! I'll share it with you too!! If you have any suggestions please feel free to let me know. I'll slowly be adding them as I come across them. When there is a problem, no matter what it is, I want to work towards finding a solution, so rather than cut out food from our diet, I want to be able to rid the unhealthy and incorporate a new one.
Try Stevia.... Instead of Aspartame, Splenda, Sweet and Low
