Best fiber supplement?

I've been researching fiber powders, pills, blends, and gummies & am confused as to which one to try for the best results. If I asked 10 different people, I'm sure I'd get 10 different opinions, and ultimately only I will know what's best for my body based on how my body reacts (or doesn't react) to the fiber ingredients.

I think I've narrowed it down to these 4.

I kind of feel like I may want to eat the entire bottle of gummies, so that may be out! Hahaha! I will say with that I took my vitamins via gummy form after my second son was born and not only was it tasty getting my calcium, vitamin d, vitamin c, vitamin b, and maybe a couple more, but I felt great! Only problem was they tend to be a bit on the pricey side. So when cutting our budget a few years ago, this was one area we could cut back and did. Kind of neat how they have this option though!

Honestly, I'd like to get all my fiber from God's great creation being fruits and veggies and such but I'm obviously lacking as my health is saying so.

So to my readers, which would you choose or would you recommended a different product? I'd love to hear your thoughts!!!  :)

Front door

Our 4th of July creation is fading, got rained on many times and is in need of an update.

The boys and I had fun painting old tiles & we glued them to a piece of card board in the shape of a C. Great capital learning and C drawing practice :)

Here's our finished product on the floor, then the door. I love it!!!

What Happens in Heaven When We Pray?

I just received a forwarded email from my dad who usually doesn't forward messages so I knew this caught his attention and meant something to him, so I payed extra close attention to what I was about to read.

This is a beautiful perspective to carry on earth and something to have in the back of our minds.

"
WHAT HAPPENS IN HEAVEN WHEN WE PRAY?

I had a dream that I went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We
walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels. My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is the Receiving
Section. Here, all petitions to God said in prayer are received."I looked
around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting
out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all
over the world.

Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the
second section. The angel then said to me, "This is the Packaging and
Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are
processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them." I noticed
again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that
station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged
for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we
stopped at the door of a very small station. To my great surprise, only one
angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. "This is the
Acknowledgmnt
Section," my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed."
How
is it that there is no work going on here?" I asked."So sad," the angel
sighed. "After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few
send back acknowledgments."

"How does one acknowledge God's blessings?" I asked."Simple," the angel
answered. Just say, "Thank you, Lord. "What blessings should they
acknowledge?" I asked."If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your
back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of this
world. If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a
dish, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.""And if you get this
on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that
opportunity."
"If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more
blessed than the many who will not even survive this day."
"If you have never experienced the fear in battle, the loneliness of
imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation, you are
ahead of 700 million people in the world."
"If you can attend a church without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture
or death, you are envied by and more blessed than three billion people in
the world."
"If your parents are still alive and still married, you are very rare."
"If you can hold your head up and smile, you are not the norm, you're unique
to all those in doubt and despair.
"Okay, what now? How can I start?
If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that
someone was thinking of you as very special and you are more blessed than
over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.
Have a good day. Count your blessings, and if you care to, pass this along
to remind everyone else how blessed we all are.

ATTN: Acknowledge Department
"Thank you, Lord, for giving me the ability to share this message and for
giving me so many wonderful people with whom to share it."If you have read
this far, and are thankful for all that you have been blessed with, how can you not send it on? I thank God for everything, especially all my family and friends!"

From Pain to Positive

Whether your suffering from a broken heart, a broken leg, or a mysterious auto immune disease, pain is very real. It can become difficult to cope with when pain is chronic and doesn't give much sight for relief in the days ahead.

Fortunately we have a Healer who is more powerful than any drug or remedy.

If you're in chronic pain of any kind, join me and the next time you feel this pain and you start to think thoughts like, "Ouch, this hurts" "Will this pain ever go away" "No one seems to have the solution I need to make me feel better". Trying choose positive things to focus on. It may not take your pain away but gratitude and thankfulness are a great mood lifter. They don't have to be huge things. Just look around you. "God, thank you for this roof over my head" "God, thank you for the food in my cupboard" "God, thank you for running water!". Sometimes the simplest things are the best!

Can I pray for you somehow? Please feel free to leave your prayer requests in the comments section below or please get in touch with me via email or Facebook and I'd love to pray for and with you!

You are not alone!

Don't go.... GROW

So often we want the storms in our life to be taken away, removed, or ignored, but before you start to run from your next one, try to be still. Yes as weird as it sounds just be still and ask God what His plan and purpose is for you. In my adult years I'm finding such peace in these moments. I believe there are many ways God tries to speak to us. So join me in trying to not run from those scary, uncomfortable, confusing or uncomfortable situations and sit and be still for a moment.
